Delivery Time
Delivery time will be dependent on Ship-to country. On average it will be 14 work days from the day we receive your order. Once our courier has collected, we'll email you with your shipment tracker number.

RETURNS
Refunds or Exchange will only be accepted under 2 circumstances ;
1) The product is defective.
At Milakeh, we take great pride in ensuring you love the quality of your garment as much as we loved making it for you. Extreme care is taken in handmaking your product along with thorough quality gates prior to dispatch. In the event that the product has been damaged during transit, Milakeh would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
2) Product received is not what was ordered
In the event that you received an incorrect product or an incorrect size compared to what you had ordered, Milakeh will evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags and in its original packaging, within 7 days from date of delivery.
