If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Dry Cleaning
Due to their handmade nature and delicate hand embroideries, we strictly recommend dry clean only. This method of cleaning ensures that the intricate details and fabric quality are preserved.
Storage
Store your garments safely by hanging them in zipped clothing covers or storing them in the Milakeh bags provided. This will protect them from dust and maintain their pristine condition.
Ironing
To maintain the freshness and texture of our products, we advise using a steam iron for pressing your clothes. This gentle method helps retain the garment's original appeal. You can also air the garments for a few minutes for a refreshing touch. Be cautious with any jewellery that may tug on the outfit.
Colour Bleeding
Please note that we cannot guarantee colour bleeding if the garments are machine or hand washed. To prevent any potential colour transfer, we strongly advise following our recommended care instructions.
